  • All orders are processed within 3-5business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

Estimated Shipping Times:
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
  3. Overnight Shipping: Next-business-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

    Explore our available in-store items for purchase directly at the salon! From premium hair care essentials to must-have accessories, our boutique offers a curated selection of products to keep your hair looking flawless.

    🛍️ How It Works:

    • Browse our current in-store inventory and place your order online.
    • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup details.

    📦 Pickup Instructions:

    • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
    • Pickup Availability: Upon customer’s convenience (within the terms below)
    • 📍 Pickup Location: 1567 North Parham Rd Suite 12 
    • 🕒 Pickup Hours: Monday: 9:30am-2:30pm  |  Tues, Thurs, Fri: 10:00am-4:30pm. | Saturday: 9:30am-5:30pm | NO PICKUP AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS

    ⚠️ Pickup Terms & Conditions:

    • Orders must be picked up on the purchase date or no later than 15 business days.
    • We enforce a no-sit policy, meaning we aim to prevent inventory from sitting on our shelves past 10 business days.
    • You will receive a notification when your order is ready. If you do not pick it up within 10 days, we will send a reminder about your final 5-day grace period for pickup.
    • On day 15, a final email will be sent notifying you that your order has been forfeited with no refunds or exchanges.
